A couple more from Doug, thanks for the contribution.
While cycling west on Elm St. Just west of Treat St.
This morning, this truck was parked in the bike lane. There just happen
to be a student commuting to The UofA at the same time so we took this
picture. This was about 9:30am
When I returned along the same Elm St route east bound this time, a
block west of the earlier photo this car was parked in the bike lane. As
you can see in the photo, the truck is still there 3 hours later.
The cyclists in the Tucson area are fortunate to have a fine and ever expanding network of bike lanes on the public roads. Unfortunately some drivers don't get it and create dangerous situations. This blog is intended to become a repository of evidence. - We will be happy to post your pictures too. Send pictures and a description of the incident to cavemancycling@gmail.com - Please keep in mind that you have the obligation to obey all of the traffic laws while getting your pictures.

White Toyota SUV - Ina heading west
This driver was erratic and aggressive. Spent a great deal of time either in or crowding the bike lane.
A Freaking Bus !!!
I don't know about you, but, my personal nemesis on the roads are the Sun Tran drivers. Few seem to have any regard for the lives of cyclists.
Grey Infiniti - North Campbell - At dawn
This driver is particularly dangerous. This is right at dawn, this driver was on the phone, wandering and in the bike lane in every single corner.
Grey Chevy Tahoe - Campbell and Grant
This driver decided that the bike was was the appropriate place to park while waiting for the light to turn green.
Grey Audi - North Campbell
Mr. Audi is impatient, rude, reckless, thoughtless, he's also a tailgater, phone user and bike lane bandit.
Grey Acura - Campbell
I followed this driver from Glenn all the way to River. She spent the entire drive in the bike lane or on the line crowding the bike lane.
Black Kia - Skyline heading east
Princess Kia was on the phone the whole time. Wandering all over the road, including deep in the bike lane several times.
Black Ford PU - North Campbell
I guess I have to give him credit for pulling over to use his phone.
However, the place his chose in the bike lane where cyclists can easily be traveling 30 mph was poor.

White Nissan - Mt. Lemmon Hwy near MP 5
This one comes to us from Doug.
A group of cyclists riding the mountain came upon this scene with a parked, unoccupied car in the bike lane. As demonstrated, this forces cyclists out into the main travel lane.

Silver Ford PU - North Campbell
I could write a whole blog on this guy. This is just a small sampling of the pictures I have. He was all over the road, including as shown, a lot of time in the bike lane. There is something on the dashboard that had a lot of his attention.
Black VW - Campbell and Grant
This is a very common scene at this intersection. "Ooops, I'm in a turn only lane." Followed by a thoughtless move like this.
Hey,...! What's this? A guy on a bike who wants to use the *gasp* bike lane.
